Competence Development in the Viewpoint Program
Learning as a Tool for New Beginnings
The project Viewpoint: Adult Learning Program in Difficult Life Situation aims to offer meaningful learning opportunities, personal growth based on self-awareness, and practical tools for social reintegration to adults living on the margins of society – including people in prison, recently released individuals, and those struggling with addiction.
The 60-hour training program developed within the project, along with its accompanying digital learning materials, targets the development of 10 key competence areas, such as self-awareness, communication, stress management, learning strategies, and problem-solving. The trainings were delivered in a blended format, combining in-person and online sessions, with active learner engagement and reflective exercises.
Participant feedback confirms the programme’s effectiveness: the learning experience is motivating and immersive, while the knowledge and skills gained can be directly applied in everyday life and in rebuilding an independent future.
